Outlook 2007 with outlook connector, a live hotmail account won't

I have Outlook 2007 with outlook connector, a live hotmail plus account with
windows xp.

I added my email account via outlook connector and the strangest thing has
happened. The system has only downloaded 3 of my hotmail folders with their
contents, my contact and my calendar. It won't download any of the other
folders, or inbox.

Any emails that I send don't seem to go anywhere.

Please Help!!!!!!!!!!
