Start-> Run; eventvwr.exe
Here look in the Application Log for errors logged by Outlook. Open the
event and press the Copy button and paste it in the message.
If there is some personalized stuff in there you do not want to make visible
(like computer name) mask it accordingly (e.g. replace it with COMPUTERNAME)

Yes, it worked at one time. My version is office small business 2007. When
I
had another problem regarding outlook 07', I made the mistake of
following
instructions (not by an MVP) on one of the posts to uninstall it and
uninstall my previous version. I did so. When I went to re-install 2007,
it
stated my version was an upgrade and I had to have an official copy of a
previous version. My office 2000 software is nowhere to be found so i had
to
download the free trial then type in my key code to get everything back.
That
fixed the problem with everything but outlook and bcm.
Sorry for the lengthy explanation. Also, I may sound like an idiot here
but
where is the "event viewer"?
:
Were you ever able to load it successfully?
What is being logged to the Event Viewer regarding this?

My Outlook 2007 won't load. The rest of office loads, ie... word,
excel,
publisher. I get no error messages. Just says that Outlook encountered
a
problem and needs to resart. Then asks if I want to start in safe mode
and
even then it won't start and I get the same message. Please help
