Outlook 2007 -- Won't Load

Issue:

All of a sudden, Outlook 2007 won't load. Seems to hang up at either the
splash screen or partly load the program. Only thing I can think of is that
when Vista crashed, it became fouled up. Question is whats steps do I need
to fix it. I have the disc to reinstall if necessary. Will work in safe
mode, but I first have to let it hang, then do the whole ctrl-alt delete
thing to stop the process.

Any help is appreciated.

You can try using the Office or OL cd to repair the installation

Thanks. That should help. I was hesitant to go poking around without some
sort od direction. I'll reply back on the results.
