Outlook 2007 won't open

I have MS 2007 Office. I "can" open all programs except Outlook. Could open
before can't now either from my shortcut or when I go into Programs. I ran
fix and installed SP2, no change. Don't know why. Did noting that I can
think of. Can open Outlook once each time I reboot but that is it.

It could also be that Outlook isn't closing correctly so that it won't start
correctly the next time. Check that, too.
