outlook 2007 won't start unless in safe mode

I first started having problems with my email not searching my inbox. Now I
can't open outlook 2007 unless it is in safe mode. I ran the outlook
diagnostics and that didn't find any problems. I also did the repair option
in add and remove programs for MS Office.
