1. If all the Event info does not print on one line in Month view calendar,
it is lost. Is there a way to have the print flow onto 2 lines?

2. Is there a way to NOT show the finish time for an appointment? Takes up
too much room in printing, and not always necessary.

3. 2003 colours were much brighter than 2007, when printed. Can they be
improved?
