Outlook 2007

I installed a trial version before I bought it elsewhere. I do not have the
import/export wizard on my outlook under file. Do I uninstall and reinstall?
Will I lose one of my positions with Office 2007?

Yes you should uninstall ALL versions of Office, including the activation
wizard, and re-install the paid-for version.
Why do you need the import/export function? Be aware that that function is
NOT for the transfer of data from one Outlook to another.
Also what do you mean by "will I lose one of my positions"?

I bought a box of microsoft office 2007 with 5 applications or positions. I
have installed 4 and have one left. I have been using office anyway and would
hate to lose my data. I need the import export wizard to add contacts to my
outlook's contact list from other address books.

Not an answer to the missing functions, (you have tried customising to see
if you can add the functions there?) but you do NOT use the import/export
function to transfer data from one Outlook to another unless you connect to
Exchange Server.
Simply create a new pst file, copy the Contacts (Outlook doesn't use Address
books) from the current pst to the new, close the new pst and copy to the
other machine. Do the reverse.
