When I try to open my Archive.pst file from Outlook 2003 on a former computer
in my new computer with Outlook 2007, a get the following error message:
"File access is denied. You do not have the permission required to access
the file c:/archive.pst."

Since the default location for the archive.pst is not the root of C, I assume
you transferred it over via USB key or CD. In that case, you should remove
the read-only attribute it picked up. Then try to open it.
