Outlook 2007

When i receive e-mail with image in body the image is not showing. No red x.
If i open in outlook 2003 image is displayed. I cleared internet cache and
checked registry for outlooksecuretemp folder and their is no such folder.

I also checked the registry for the BLOCKHTTPIMAGES key and it's know where
to be found.
