Outlook 2007

Every time I create a new email, Outlook will automatically make my text
bold. I have changed the settings (tools/options/mail format/stationary and
font/new mail messages.) This only solves the bolding problem until I close
Outlook and open it again. Then I have to go and redo the settings to make
it stop bolding. No I am NOT using a font that is a bold type font. :)
Please help!
