Outlook 2007

I have MS Office 2007. I cannot download and open a file that was sent to me
using
X-Mailer: MSOUTLOOK / 5.1.6
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bits
Content-Type: text/html; charset="windows-1251"
I click on to the link and then hit run, it starts but nothing opens up. Can
anyone help? Thank You, Frankie...PS, my system is windows xp pro, version
2002, sp3, IE 7.

That's not an indication of an attachment. It indicates a text file
containing HTML that would be part of the body of a mail message.
