We are usign Outlook 2007 Sp2 with Exchange Server 2003
Users run in cached mode with the default download being headers and then full items
Sometimes a user will high ligth a message and press delete and the message doe snot apepar to be deleted.
if you change top another folder and then come back to the folder concerned, the message has gone.
Any idea what is causing this.
Also should is there a benefit in downloaded headers first followed by full items given that all the machines are desktops etc.
