I am having a problem with Outlook 2007. I have a laptop & a desktop that
are both running Windows XP. Both computers were running Office 98 with the
2000 upgrade. I recently purchased the Office 2007 upgrade because the folder
size for 2000 was limited to 2 GB's & it would crash. I installed the upgrade
on both the laptop & desktop. My desktop is fine, but I am styill having
problems with the laptop. When you go to Properties to check the file format
on desktop, it says Personal Folder File, but on my laptop the format is
noted as Personal Folder File (1997-2002), so I my file size is limited. Does
anyone know why my laptop did not upgrade to 2007? Actually, when I open
Outlook on my laptop it says that I am running 2007, but the format is not
correct. Help
