I have MS Office Standard 2007. When I start Outlook 2007, I get a black
screen before it loads and the toolbar at the bottom of the desktop is not
the same? Does Microsoft have a solution. Please help.

You have included so few details that no one can help you. The toolbar is
"not the same" as what? Are you saying you click Start>Programs>Microsoft
Office>Microsoft Office Outlook and your entire screen turns black? For how
long? Any other symptoms?

Brian, thanks for responding. Yes. When I fp Start and select the Outlook
07 icon or start it from All Programs, my screen goes black and then Outlook
07 loads. As for the tool bar, it also changes when Out 07 opens and then
returns to normal when I close it. Also, in my Hotmail, ads constantly run
on the right side when I open my MSN hotmal. How to stop the ads? I get my
email in either Hotmail or Outlook 07. I have MC Office Standard 2007, which
includes Outlook. The problems suddenly emerged. I have tried all your help
sites. Please respond.

Have you made sure your video drivers are up to date? Have you used
Help>Office Diagnostics in Outlook?

Changes how? You didn't describe what you see.

Is this a free account or a paid account? When you say "on the right side",
the right side of what?
The problems suddenly emerged.

And what did you do on your PC just before "suddenly"?
