On attemptimg to leave or close Outlook I receive the following error message
'eyeCall error: the add-in has fired an exception. OLE error 800A01A8'.

This message has to be deleted. closed, OK, alt+F4 etc at least ten times
before it goes away. I see from Google search that other people have had
the same problems but they give no clear indication of how to resolve it and
prevent it from occurring again

the google search did not explain how to do this or where the Softphone Addin
was and the site to which it referred did not help. What do I have to do?

I am being thick. There is no softphone in Add/Remove programs. I do have
BT Broadband Talk Softphone 2.0 but I am using this constantly.

I do not have Softphone in my Add/Remove programs. I do have BT Broadband
Talk Softphone 2.0 supplied by BT my broadband service supplier. Removing
this would put me in default with them.
