Outlook 2007

I use Outlook 2007 on my laptop and when I travel, I am unable to send
messages on my Comcast.net account from certain network connections with
ISP's Roadrunner and Cox Cable. If I change the account to AOL they will
send fine. These are typically replies to email that I have received.
