Probably a result of the import. Importing a .PST file does two things:
A. You lose the following information:
1. Custom Forms
2. Custom Views
3. Connections between contacts and activities
4. Received dates on mail
5. Birthdays and anniversaries in calendar
6. Journal connections
7. Distribution Lists
B. You almost always corrupt the Outlook profile in use
To do it correctly:
1. Create a new Outlook profile
2. Open Outlook and then open the old .PST file using 'File|Open|Outlook
Data File'
3. Drag and drop the contents of the old .PST file into the new, Unicode
..PST file created with the new Outlook profile.
