Outlook 2007

Whenever I start Outlook 2007, I get the following message box:


"Identity Switch Cancelled
The current identity could not be changed because one of the applications
was unable to switch.
Close anyone dialog boxes in other applications before trying again.


Does anyone know how to correct the problem and prevent the message from
appearing?
