Hi,

I have to computers on a local network and i have outlook installed on both
of them and i am using the same email account on both computers, is there a
way of getting all the newly recieved emails and all the newly sent emails to
appear on both computers not just the one that you pressed send and recieve?
Any help on this will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

This is a OneNote forum...not Outlook, but to answer your question change
the setting to keep a copy of message on your server...then click the check
box for remove from server after "user choice" number of days. This way
both computers can read the same messages as long as they both retrieve the
mail before the number of days is met to delete from server.

Hi, Michael

I see that now that this is the onenote forum, Must have not looked
carefully enough when i posted first message. But anyway being we're here
anyway, could you be a little more specific as to where i can find these
options or if i need an actual server, sorry for being so dumb, I am kinda
new to outlook. Thanks for your reply.

Click on Tools>>Account Settings....highlight the account you wish to
change. Click on Change. Click More Settings>>Advanced>>Check Leave a copy
of messages on the server. Then check Remove from server after "# of days"
Set it to a number that you can be sure both computers will be able to check
email within that number of days. Mine is set to 5 days.
