Outlook 2010- Contact Integration from OE6

I have two issues with the integration of my address book from OE6.

1. The new Contact list is ordered by first name, not last name. Can this be
changed?

2. Auto Complete on the To: line of a new email will not work on these
imported contacts until they are first used in an email.
