Weird issue... We have one PC with Outlook 2010 that checks three mail accounts:
-Acct 1: Exchange account running on our local SBS.
-Acct 2: POP / SMTP checking a webmail account
-Acct 3: POP / SMTP checking a webmail account
Accounts 2 & 3 go to the same service, just as different users (one is a specific user account, one is a general sales mailbox). For some reason, Account 3 disappears everytime Outlook is restarted. It connects fine when I set it up, mail comes in... we can send mail from it. But close Outlook and reopen... Account 3 is gone.
There seems to be some trace of it somewhere, because when I go to set the account up again, the account name defaults to (e-mail address removed) (2) - with the parenthesis indicating an account with that name already exists... somewhere. It's sure not in the account list though.
Help?
