Outlook 2010 - Open Attachment Shortcut?

I've recently upgraded from Outlook 2007 to 2010, and am struggling
with the general lack of efficient keyboard shortcuts and means to
navigate the menus WITHOUT utilizing the mouse.

Is there a shortcut or keyboard-only menu navigation trail to OPEN
email attachments when viewing the inbox with message preview? I'd
settle for a keyboard-only method to open attachments when viewing the
message, too. Messages can be saved using the keyboard (File>>Save
Attachment), but not open.
