Outlook 2010 - Organize Inbox by Using Colors

Hi,

I've looked all over, but can't find how I can organize my Inbox in OL 2010
using colors....does anyone know where to find this feature in the 2010
version? In 2007, you can go to Tools / Organize to do this.

Thanks!

Thanks so much, Diane! I thought that might be the case, but was looking for
the "easy" way out! :)
Thanks, as usual, for your excellent help!

View tab, View settings, Conditional formatting. AFAIK, the Organize pane
is gone, you need to make the color rules yourself.

You're Welcome. :)

Organize is the easy way out but I think it lead to confusion when people
changed views - many did not realize it was associated with views. This,
along with the mire accurate name of Conditional formatting, will be better
in the end, if not as easy.

Makes perfect sense - and, really only took a couple more clicks, plus more
formatting options, if needed.
