If it supports WebServices, then yes.
I have an Live-hosted Exchange account (and I suspect it's similar) and
it's working just fine.
Have you ever tried with Entourage Web Service Edition?

Hi, no I haven't as my organisation is still on Exchange 2003. They
aren't going to do a conventional migration to 2007 just because one
employee who's on a Mac is being left out in the cold (Outlook 2010
still supports Exchange 2003 - so much for feature parity!). So I'm
trying to find a less costly solution. MS Exchange Online, according to
the site, can co-exist with an on-site Exchange server, and only costs
a few dollars a month.
So basically I'm trying to establish whether Outlook 2011 will work
with it, after which I will begin looking into whether Exchange Online
(which runs 2007) can truly co-exist with our 2003 setup.
