I no longer have the option from within Outlook to add an account with the familiar "Manual" add option. I am able to select an existing PST data file, but I am now get errors when adding accounts "not able to connect." Tried the control panel applet "Mail" and added account from there where I do get the familiar manual add account interface; however, now the button to "Browse" to an existing data file is UNresponsive, so I am not able to add the account to an existing PST file.
