outlook 2k could not start because no send and receive location

I installed Office 2k pro on a pc. When finished I tried to open Outlook and
received this info. I then went to control panel/mail and opened mail
settings up and filled in my pop3 info and the rest of the fields. I tried to
then open Outlook and received the same error as mentioned in subject line.
Any suggestions? I want to be able to get my email at work and tap into my
yahoo account as well. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Sounds like you haven't added the Personal Folders service or you have
Outlook 2000 set for "No Email" mode. Open Outlook and go to 'Help|About';
the operating mode will be listed in the second line of text on the "About"
screen and will say "No Email", "Internet Mail Only", or "Corporate or
Workgroup". Please post what it says.
