Using Outlook 2000, I have 12 clients who are all delegates of each other's
calendars. When they set up the delegation, they switched off the option
"Delegate receives copies of meeting-related messages sent to me". Some of
these delegates only have "Reviewer" rights and others have "Editor" rights.
When a meeting request is sent to all of them, they all get multiple
invitations to the same meeting, and the originator gets 12 messages which
say "Unable to open meeting item "username". You do not have the appropriate
permission in calendar of "username" to perform this operation". I'm not
sure there is more I can add to this... Can anyone explain why this is
happening?
Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
