Outlook 2k to 2k3 offline settings migration

Hi,

We're currently in the process of upgrading our users from Outlook 2k
to Outlook 2k3. We're using SMS for remote deployment to clients. Most
settings migrate fine including the reconnection of PST files. However,
we are facing issues with migrating offline/synchronization settings
for laptops.

Any ideas on how this process can be automated i.e. can this be
configured using .mst transform files?
