Outlook 2K2 "Find Now" not showing results

Outlook 2002 w/ sp3: When I click find now to search for a
contact in my contacts folder, no results show up and the
magnifying glass icon continues to spin. If I then select
the stop button, some of the items within the search
criteria appear and not all items are found.

Please help!!!
