Outlook 2K2 on Citrix...

Hi, We are running Outlook 2002 on Citrix. For our Unix/Linux users accessing Outlook via Citrix, when the user configures the Outlook client for "AutoPreview" toggling back and forth between this mode and "Messages" does not produce the desired result. Even in Messages mode the first "x" number of characters are displayed underneath the message header. Is this a Citrix bug, Outlook bug, or what??? Has anyone else seen this??? Is there a fix??
