Outlook 2k3 Won't UNLOAD

I just loaded Office 2k3 at work, and setup outlook to use the exchange
server. My problem is when I go to close outlook down it will NOT unload from
memory. I have to open task manager and END process. This is a pain in the
you know what...

Is there a fix for this or is this a bug ??

In practically all cases this is not caused by Outlook but by one of your
add-ins. For troubleshooting see;

reported to cause problems. also, there is a link to knockout there that
will make it easier to see if outlook closed properly (and easier to close
it).

Looks like it was Internet Download Manager.. Once I saw the name in the list
I uninstalled it an Wa-la it is working again... Thanks...
