Outlook 2K7 Startup

When I start Outlook it does not have the 2007 ribbon. How can I get the 2007
look and feel when outlook starts?

the main interface does not have a ribbon, the individual items do (except
for notes).

The main Outlook 2007 windows doesn't have a Ribbon. Only the individual
items of Outlook 2007 has the Ribbon. The Ribbon will makes its appearance
in the main Outlook window in Outlook 14. Several other Office applications
will then also get a Ribbon.
