"outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File (.pst)" option disappeared

I'm using outlook 2003.
When I try to create a new (.pst) file I supposed to have an option to
choose between two kinds of (.pst) files: 1. Office Outlook Personal Folder
File.
2. Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folders File.
But, the "Outlook 97-2002 Personal Folder File" does not appearing in tne
dialog box.
Does anyone know what could be the problem, and how can I recreate this
option of selecting between the two file formats?
