Outlook 97 caused an invalid page fault

I have just installed Outlook 97 and can't open it; when I try I get th
message Outlook caused an invalid page fault in module unknown a
0000:00000002 Registers
I also have Outlook Express installed and it works fine. I have Win. 9
SE. Any advice will be greated appreciated Thanks ! Rue
