outlook 97 - error when try to open the email

HI ppl have a problem in a machine with windows98 OS and office 97

In the outlook that is connected to exchange, the outlook receive the emails
but when i go to read then this 2 msg errors appear!!!

How can i fix this??? i have all updates of win98!!!!

i try everything but nothing work... can anyone help me?
