outlook 97 GPF

when launching outlook 97, the following message is
displayed and outlook then closes.

I have uninstalled office 97 and reinstalled, also have
replaced cm8330.drv, also disabled outlook sounds all with
no avail.

OUTLOOK caused a general protection fault
in module CM8330.DRV at 0006:0000196c.
