Outlook 97 runs only under a Administrator Prifile

I hae installed Outlook 97 (with Office SR 2) on a Win 2000 pro Cient.

As Administrator i can run it without any Problems.

But if ic connect to the Client as a normaly User and try to start Outlook,
the is a Message:

....The Program is not registered ... do setup again... you are not able to
do this...

Can someone help me ?

Excuse my english... i´m a german user and can´t find in such a usergroup an
answer for my question....
