Outlook 97 with multiple accounts

How do I, setup Outlook 97 under Win XP with 3 e-mail accounts.
Each person has there own e-mail address with my ISP service.
Everytime I open Outlook under the new persons, Outlook shuts down,
producing and
error(outlook.exe).
