Outlook 98 and 'C:\WINNT\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT' error

User is using Office 97, and Outlook 98
When opening some attachements user gets the following error:

Can't open this item. The form cache file 'C:\WINNT\FORMS\FRMCACHE.DAT' is
not valid. Contact your administrator
**************************************
The user can opem Word attachments ok. I'm not sure the type of attachment
that is causing the above error.

Any thoughts ?
