Several users are reporting problems opening an existing form from my Public
Folders Help Desk App.
Here is the status.
The users' machines were recently upgraded to Dell GX270s running Win2k pro.
They are up to date on Windows service paks.
When the users try to open a form in Outlook 98, they use
Tools->Forms->Choose a Form. At that point they receive a message "The form
you selected could not be displayed." and nothing.
All of these users have rights into these files and they were all able to
access them before the upgrade of the machine. I have not seen this
behavior in any machines prior to this upgrade.
Any help resolving this is appreciated.
