Outlook 98 How to set it to check for messages every 1 min

Hello, I am useing outlook 98 on windows xp pro sp2. I am trying to find out
how you can change how often outlook checks for new e-mails. We use a
Exchange server. If you can please advise that would be of great assitance

Exchange server accounts use a different method to 'check' for new mail and
it's sent to the client as it arrives, unless you use offline access.
