We are a large network who have been having problems with
our print server. We have resolved the issue with getting
all other programs to print but we are unable to resolve
the issue with printing from Outlook 98. The job appears
to the user to spool and they will be advised via pop up
window that the job has printed yet it does not appear on
the print queue. When trying to print a test page from the
print server, the test page will spool to the queue but
will not print, effectively hanging the print server.
We have run a patch that fixes the 'unable to save print
settings' problem, but the user is not getting any error
messages as such. We are using NT4 as SOE on both server
and workstation.
