Outlook 98 to Outlook 2003 upgrade

I will be performing some OL98 to 2003 upgrades and would like to know if
OL98 is uninstalled prior to the 2003 install will the user's 98 profile
migrate across. We have tested with Outlook 2000 and 2002 to Outlook 2003
and the profile migrates, but will the same work with Outlook 98?

Uninstalling does not remove data or profile information.
However, you would not want the profile to migrate when skipping this many
versions. It will retain many obsolete settings that you will not want.
Make sure the first thing you do is create a new profile from scratch after
any upgrade.
