Outlook 98

We are currently using Outlook 98 and MS Exchange, the problem is that
one of our users when she deletes her reminders, they still seem to come
back all the time. I have no idea what is causing this problem.. Anyone
can shed light on this issue will be much appreciated.

Try starting Outlook one time with the /cleanreminders switch. You may also
need to run the /cleanfreebusy switch as well.
