Outlook abnormal termination after start

Problem: After starting Outlook, it shuts down with this message - Runtime
error
C:/program files/microsoft office/office10/outlook.exe Abnormal termination.
I am running xp, outlook 2002, and the latest change is that I'm using
Norton Internet Security 2005. Any ideas?
