Outlook accepting exe files

Hello,
I'm getting emails from my parents that have exe files attached and outlook
blocks them from being downloaded.
How do I change my setting to accept these files?

After following neo's advice, make SURE you tell your folks NEVER to open an
exe from within mail; to ALWAYS save it to the hard drive first so that
their antivirus program can scan it. In fact, make sure they understand
that if they're not expecting the exe, if it's not from someone they know,
then should delete it outright without even saving it and that if it is from
someone they know, that they requested it from the person first. If not,
they should delete it outright without saving or opening it. Of course,
they should have an antivirus program and an antispyware program.
