Outlook-Accounts allways load Mails

Hi all,
in my new Outlook Vesion (Outlook 2002 10.2627.2625) I
have many accounts. But I dont't want to reaload the Mails
from all accounts every time.

In Outlook 2000 there is a checkbox, where I can say, that
I want not to reaload the Mails for that account every
time. Do you know, what I mean?

In Outlook 2002 there is no checkbox in the same plase for
that funktionality. How can I reach that funktionality
also?
