Outlook Mail Box should allow me to do the following
1. open the e-mail - which has info for a meeting, important date etc
2. click on Actions
3. click on Appointment (this is what you need to add)
This would bring up the New Appointment window
4. At the New Appointment window I should be able to schedule an appointment
that is generated by this e-mail.
5. the New Appointment window should ask me if I want a link to the e-mail
or to delete it, or to file in a folder.
I receive many e-mails from outside the office that relate to my calendar.
