I receive email that has the same subject line. I want to add a column in
outlook that i can type info in to describe that particular email. For
example: I receive an email that says "company info". I open the email and
then I want to type "dept 2 letter". I have 30 email with the same subject
line and i want to be able to quickly look down the list and find a
particular email without having to open every email to find the document that
I want.
