Outlook add-in causes blank messages

I am using Win2K, SP 4; Outlook 2002, SP 2 and application integration with
Hummingbird DM 5.1.05. We are NOT using an Exchange Server and messages are
downloaded via POP from the mail server.

With the DM add-in selected, new messages in the mapi inbox are blank in the
message body and the From field shows "on behalf [sender's name]".

Looking for troubleshooting ideas. Thanks in advance.
